Najla Almissalati
Head of Incubator
Founder of She Codes and Managing Director at Tadawul Financial Group, Najla brings over a decade of experience in innovation, youth empowerment, and education reform. She holds a master's in education management from Syracuse University and has led numerous startup programs and international collaborations across Libya and the U.S. Her work has been recognized globally, including by Booking.com and the World Health Organization.
Mohamed Moncef Dey
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With over four decades in finance, Moncef is a seasoned CFO formerly with Citibank, Tunis International Bank, and KPMG Tunisia. He specializes in auditing, financial systems, and international banking, having led audits for major institutions across MENA. He currently oversees financial operations at Tadawul Financial Group and provides mentorship in accountancy and risk management.
Aymen Ahmed Al-breki
Communication Manager
Aymen has managed communications and client relations across sectors including oil services, electronics, and events. With hands-on expertise in social media, inventory management, and client engagement, he strengthens the incubator's visibility and stakeholder relations. He is currently pursuing higher education at Africa University.
Rayhan Mustafa Abdulnabi
Incubator Coordinator
A computer science graduate and social impact leader, Rayhan has coordinated multiple EU-funded projects and co-founded Better Africa, a cross-border initiative promoting youth-led development. She brings extensive experience in project coordination, outreach, and volunteer mobilization, with a strong background in civil society engagement and education.
Hiba Bashier Ali
Graphic Designer & Data Analyst
Hiba is a creative professional with experience in graphic design for local & international NGOs as well as tech initiatives such as She Codes and Google Developer Student Club. She is proficient in Adobe Suite and Canva, with a flair for animation. Her background in Engineering equipped her with the needed skills to pick up Data Analysis and handle the data cleaning, analysis and visualization for the unit.
Hend Bengoulla
Human Resources Manager
With a degree in Translation and over six years of HR experience, Hend currently leads HR operations at Tadawul Financial Group. She specializes in policy development, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. She also served in HR roles at Radisson Blu and has completed certifications in HR administration and business management.
Ashraf Mohamed Madi
Head of IT
Ashraf Madi is an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional with over 15 years in IT infrastructure and compliance. As Head of IT at Tadawul Financial Group, he leads secure system operations, PCI compliance, and digital risk management across all units, including Innovation Garden. He holds top certifications like CISO, CCNP, and MCITP.
